With its distinctive tower, this property is beside the junction of Livermead Hill (which the refuse lorry is descending) and Cockington Lane (followed by the Torbay-Totnes Trail), overlooking Torbay Road and the seafront. On the right are the grounds of the Livermead House Hotel. On the extreme left is the Corbyn Head Hotel.
