These are actually three muffle kilns used for finishing wares at this formery pottery. They are Scheduled Ancient Monuments (so I believe).

Play area and old kiln building, House of Marbles, Bovey Tracey
The muffle kiln (aka muffle oven) is one of three on the site (listed as of historic significance as there is only one other in the country). It was used for the final firing of decorated pottery; the pottery was placed inside a sealed container which was heated by flues around it, so that the pottery was not exposed directly to the flames. In the play area the granite "marble" is the largest marble in the UK; despite its 2 tonne weight it "floats" on a bed of water

Bottle kilns at the old pottery
The one on the right was built first, by a company from the Staffordshire Potteries. The other two were built by a local company a little later and don't seem to have been quite so well made. They stand in what is now the tea garden at House of Marbles glass works. http://www.houseofmarbles.com/
