New houses at Avonwick
These are alongside the road from Kitterford Cross, and join up a line of six ribbon development detached houses with the rest of the village. I'm not sure whether this nearest house is in the same square as me; it doesn't yet appear on maps.

Modern houses at Avonwick
Peeping over a hillside field seen from the high lane from the village to Sign of the Owl Cross. Set against the wooded hillside in the background is the grade II* listed Black Hall https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1216358 which I recall being invisible from the road past it.
