Road junction, Hollington Park
Wesley Salmon Close is presumably named after the 18-year old young man who died in a train accident near Hastings station just over a mile away in 2001 (there is also a Wesley C. Salmon, an American philosopher of science, who died in the same year).
Note the newly planted hedges of Lonicera nitida 'Baggesen's Gold' that are a feature of this estate.

Baggesen's Gold honeysuckle, Hollington Park
A newly planted hedge of Lonicera nitida 'Baggesen's Gold'. The plant originated at Baggesen's Nursery in Pembury, Kent in the early 1950s and is now popular all over the world in suitable climates. It has an Award of Garden Merit from the Royal Horticultural Society and is particularly valuable as a low-growing, evergreen garden hedge. It seems to be a particular feature of the Hollington Park estate.
