It faces up Marygate. The front part of the building was completed in 1754 and then extended to the rear in 1761. The belfry is 46 metres, 150 ft

Berwick Town Hall, Marygate, Berwick-upon-Tweed
Designed by Samuel and John Worrell in the neoclassical style and opened in 1760, Berwick Town Hall is a Grade I Listed Building. The 150 feet (46 metre) high belfry and clock tower with a weather vane, similar in design to St Martin-in-the-Fields, towers above an imposing portico which faces up Marygate.
