A weathered tombstone
One of several stones set into the external walls of an old churchyard in Eyemouth Image] that are so badly eroded that no inscription can be read. Although sandstone is easy to work for inscriptions, the downside is that it weathers easily and probably more so in a seaside environment.

Armatage Street in Eyemouth
Another of those intriguing wynds in Eyemouth where many of the fisherfolk made their way from and to work at the harbour. Others say, the wynds were the perfect routes to take when smuggling was rife around the east coast of Scotland in earlier times.
