Swinton Cross
Situated in the middle of the village green in the sleepy Berwickshire village, the 18th. century cross indicates a former importance of Swinton as a market town. A football pitch is laid out on the green and the cross, standing on the centre spot, is endearingly referred to as the '12th. man'
