Cyclepath marker in Blake's Gardens
The national cycle path network has numerous marker posts along its routes. This one stands in the gardens that were once part of the premises where Admiral Robert Blake was born and raised, right on the banks of the River Parrett.

The Wesleyan chapel, Dampiet Street
This is the Wesleyan chapel situated in Dampiet Street, Bridgwater. The photo taken in 2011. The chapel had previously been part of a furniture and bedding selling storage unit. As the front of building shows it was built in 1816 and enlarged in 1860. In 2011 the main part of the chapel is unused and sealed with boards, although an adjoining building is now converted into living accommodation.

Under the Broadway
A subway that allows pedestrians to carry on their journey along the banks of the River Parrett without meeting the heavy traffic. Naturally it has received attention from the local artists.
