A very narrow lane
The access lane from Longden village to the farm buildings and Longden Manor. To be honest, its surface is in rather poor condition, and most traffic uses the better lane to the north.

On the footpath from Lingcroft to Longden
A path runs the length of the valley between Lingcroft Pool and the village of Longden, passing through several fields and copses.

Old signage on a repurposed telegraph pole, now a gatepost
I wondered why this warning sign was here on an innocuous stile, then realised that I had seen similar signs on old school telegraph poles, which this gatepost seems to have been, in a past life.
