Refurbishment of The Stew, Frankwell Quay
This building is being renovated and extended into 7 apartments, an office, spa / leisure, coffee shop and garages. The ground floor cannot be used for residential due to the flood risk. The modern extension is quite apparent; the original building on the left was presumably some sort of riverside warehouse.
