It is great to know that small villages like this one have access to mobile library services, as they have done for years no doubt. Long may this service continue. If utilised.

Monkey puzzle tree on The Oval, Bicton, near Shrewsbury
The owner told me that it was planted some 27 years ago, on the insistence of their then very young daughter. It seems to be doing very well. It's always nice to see an Araucaria araucana and even nicer to hear of a backstory about its origins and significance.
