High Street, Borth
The village is spread along this road, parallel to the beach, for over a mile. This is the final photograph of my Aberystwyth to Borth coastal path walk. The stop for the bus back to Aberystwyth is on the opposite side of the road. For more information about the coastal path see Image

Sea defences, Borth
The wooden sea-wall at Borth was last replaced in late 1975 ironically immediately prior to an especially destructive storm in January 1976. The storm seen here, though heavy, is not unusual. The defences however, are due to be replaced in the very near future as they are very worn in places.

Sea wall 1

Crab's eye view
The pathway along the top of the sea wall at Borth. A great place to wander, to sit and eat chips or just to admire the view.
