Y Lolfa, Tal-y-Bont
HQ of the Welsh printing and publishing company. Founded in 1967 by Robat Gruffudd, it publishes books in both Welsh and English. It has adopted a deliberate policy of not adapting books from other languages in order to support Welsh artists and authors.

Square house Tal-y-bont
Actually it isn't square as the bit on the extreme left is an extension. I am puzzled as to what it was. The black boarding above the doors looks rather like a toll house board. And what was the red and white pole at the side by the bridge over the Afon Ceulan?
