Padarn Surgery and Lloyds Pharmacy

A delivery to Lloyds Pharmacy
The Pharmacy is part of the Padarn health centre complex a little way out of the town. The surgery moved here from a town centre location some 10 years ago. Parking was difficult at the old location but the new site has a dedicated car park. A boon to those with cars but less convenient for town inhabitants who do not and who now have to walk or catch a bus to visit the doctor.

Tents at Padarn Surgery
Contrary to appearances, my local surgery is not holding a late-summer fête. This is an influenza inoculation day and the tents have been set up to avoid having large numbers of people entering the surgery building, thus avoiding the consequent risk of contamination with Covid-19.

Padarn Surgery
Beside Penglais Hill, Aberystwyth. Padarn Surgery was once a 'traditional' doctors' surgery based in North Parade Aberystwyth. Some 5 years ago it moved to this new building to become a full health centre and incorporating a commercial pharmacy.
