It was occupied by Balfours, an estate agent, but it appears to have since relocated in Shrewsbury.

Detail of Windsor House, Windsor Place, Shrewsbury
Fine Ionic doorcase. The capitals appearing half-way up the arch gives it an incorrect look.
Note the pair of boot-scrapers.

Windsor House, Windsor Place, Shrewsbury
A late 18th century house, and more recently offices, which attracted a Grade II* listing https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101270535-windsor-house-shrewsbury#.XBaFzNSLTGg in 1953. It is described as having "an almost complete late C18 interior" with dado panelling, Corinthian pilasters, marble fireplaces and cornices. Very swish indeed.

34 Castle Street, Shrewsbury
This building dates from around the middle of the 19th century, and was probably purpose-built as a shop, unlike many town-centre premises in Shrewsbury which started life as houses. That said, the shopfront seen now is likely to be a 20th century addition, certainly not original in its current form. It is now the premises of a small cafe, and was Grade II listed https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101246905-34-castle-street-shrewsbury#.Yb45zmjP3IU & https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1246905 in 1995.
