Old Milestone by the B4580, Llanrhaeadr-ym Mochnant
Carved stone post with metal attachment, on the B4580, in the Community of Llanrhaeadr-ym-Mochnant, Powys; Green Ucha, on sharp bend East of village, built into garden wall. Erected by the County Council in 1894. Inscription reads:- WREXHAM DISTRICT 1894 DCC M WREXHAM 30 SHREWSBURY 26 OSWESTRY 14 LLANRHAIDR.Y.M. 0 Milestone Society National ID: DEN_LRSA00.

Listed milestone at Green Ucha
Fully documented and described in the image at Image, and Grade II listed https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/300081829-milestone-at-green-ucha-llanrhaeadr-ym-mochnant#.XQspTohKhPY in 2003. The stone was erected by the Denbighshire County Council in 1894, and is of a different design and series to the ones on the road up the Pistyll Rhaeadr, such as Image

The Green Stone milestone
Originally thought to have been a prehistoric menhir (standing stone) but put to more recent use in the late 18th century as a carved milestone. It stood a few yards to the west until the nearby school was built, then moved to the roadside, and was Grade II listed https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/300081842-the-green-stone-llanrhaeadr-ym-mochnant#.XOw3NYhKjcs in 2003.
