A trio of stucco villas dating from c1830. The one nearest the camera looks as if it has recently been renovated, but is still on English Heritage's Heritage at Risk Register. Grade II listed.

173 Clapham Road
Amid a cluster of Georgian survivals on the main road, a spacious early C19th house of stock brick with a modern "quasi-Doric" porch (English Heritage). Grade II listed.
Originally this was one of a pair of semi-detached houses - the two-storey bay to the left is all that remains of its erstwhile partner. The house is currently occupied by a motor accessories company.
