Writing Round a Car Park
Behind this wall is a vacant site being used for temporary parking. This shuttering goes around the two sides on Queens Gate and Harrington Road and has been covered with a series of random statements similar to this all the way round.
I guess the intention is to spark a reaction of some kind.
