Old Milepost by the A304, Fulham Road, Fulham
Cast iron post by the A304, in parish of FULHAM (HAMMERSMITH AND FULHAM District), Fulham Road SW6, opposite No. 756, by the Drive Mansions, built into boundary wall, on South side of road. Middlesex cast iron, erected by the Kensington turnpike trust in the 19th century.

Pizza Express, 'Fulham Road 2'
At 895 Fulham Road, on the corner of Fulham Park Road.
Back in the 1960's, a restaurant at 363 Fulham Road - further 'upstream' at the Chelsea end of the road - was the third in Peter Boizot's chain, following those in Wardour Street, Soho, and Coptic Street, Bloomsbury. 'Fulham Road 2' opened some years later, by which time Pizza Express had expanded beyond the London area, with more than three dozen branches. (Information from 'The PizzaExpress CookBook').
