Imperial Park Apartments
Constructed in 2006-7. A monstrous conjoined complex of apartments consisting of Banyan House (nearest), Box Tree House, Mahogany House, Dolphin House, Consort House, Monarch Point, Marina Point Regal House, Courtyard House, Fountain House, Aspect Court. Although only 7 years since completion, with its ugly black windows the whole complex already looks very dated. A typical apartment costs over £1m.

Waterfront Apartments at Imperial Wharf
In spite of their name, not quite on the Thames waterfront; this new block overlooking Battersea Reach is set back behind lawns. Seen from the Thames Path.
