Two sedate mid-C19th villas, survivors of Thomas Cubitt's Clapham Park estate, book-end a pair of less sedate later Victorian houses.

Tower blocks, Clarence Avenue
Three blocks (the third is hiding) by Lambeth, 1966-67. They are named after areas developed by Thomas Cubitt - Bloomsbury, Belgravia and Barnsbury Houses. Cubitt was also active locally. These were re-clad quite recently.
