Former public library, Manresa Road
Strip away the stone dressings and what remains could almost be a spacious house of Georgian proportions. Built 1890 by John Brydon. It has a semi-circular porch with Ionic columns, arched windows with Gibbs surrounds, and more stone trim on the upper floors. Grade II* listed.
I think it's now part of the Chelsea College of Art and Design.

211 King's Road
King's Road was heavily built up in the later C19th so Argyle House is a valuable survival. Built 1723 by Giacomo Leoni for John Pierene. Quite austere aside from the ornament to the door and window above. Fine gates between piers with ball finials too. Grade II* listed.

Chelsea Fire Station, King's Road
Built c1965 in the then-house style.
Legend has it that the firemen would regularly put up a bed for George Best if a night of over-indulgence had left him incapable of making his way home.
