South Kensington Telephone Exchange
Situated in Draycott Avenue SW3 3AB, this TE serves Brompton and South Kensington, and used to have KENsington and KNIghtsbridge numbers until the late 1960s. It now has 0207-225, 368, 581, 584, 589, 594 numbers plus others allocated to Inner London. In recent years, South Kensington TE has taken over the lines that were connected to the former TEs at Belgravia (TQ2879), Chelsea (TQ2677) and Sloane (TQ2878).
