Chestnut Lodge, 48 Palace Road
Built in 1905, Chestnut Lodge is a rare example in this area of a surviving and sizeable Arts and Craft-style house. Note the sweeping roof, gables and roughcast exterior. It is now used as a children's nursery.

Chestnut Lodge, Streatham Hill
On 48 Palace Road.
Grade II listed house, later used as a youth club and latterly for storage, by the nearby school, Streatham Wells Primary School.

Houses in Palace Road
These Victorian and Edwardian detached houses are in Palace road opposite the junction with Kingsmead Road. The trees have been pruned back to restrict growth.
