Scaffolding on bridge BML1- 2/25, Wimbledon
Interesting structures, they seem to be to provide support from above for access to the outer faces of the bridge girders. Note the heavy concrete counterweights ranged along the inner side of the top deck. As far as could be seen, rail below, and road and pedestrians above, have uninterrupted passage.
