Putney Heath: Seven Posts Pond
I don't know how this small roadside pond got its name, but quite coincidentally there are just seven upright posts visible on the road-fence in this picture.

Coming up to Tibbett's Corner
Approaching this busy intersection from the south. Allegedly, Tibbett was a highwayman who plied his trade around here, but there is no proof of that, so it seems. See http://slightlyintrepid.blogspot.co.uk/2009/04/mysterious-mr-tibbet.html for more on Tibbett, real or imagined, and also for some abuse for the architecture of the road junction itself.
