View westward towards Merton Park and Wimbledon, and to William Morris Inn. Until 5/72 there was a goods yard here, on the ex-LB&SCR&LSWR Joint loop line to Tooting, which had carried passenger trains until 3/29.

Merton Abbey Primary School
This primary school on High Path caters for children aged 3-11. As of January 2018 it had 322 on its role (151 boys and 171 girls). This modern building faces the road but there are older buildings behind.
