A detached Edwardian house with a carved stone doorcase and (a possibly later) round dormer window.
It is now part of a local authority sheltered housing scheme.

38 Tooting Bec Gardens
Behind its high walls is the official residence of the Bishop of Southwark. Built c1905 in a sort of neo-Georgian style.
