Development, Ponton Road (1)
On the left is the new US Embassy, on the right some of the huge surrounding Embassy Gardens residential development. The former's facade is covered in plastic 'scrims', partly aesthetic but also functional in that they will contain photovoltaic cells, and will help to keep the spooks inside cool.
