Bignall End: Methodist church
This chapel opened in 1990 on the opposite side of the road to the site of a Wesleyan chapel of 1876 (with seating for 725!), since demolished.

Old Milepost by the B5500, New Road, Bignall End
Cast iron post by the B5500, in parish of Audley Rural (Newcastle under Lyme District), New Road, Bignall End, in tarmac in front of brick wall, on North side of road. Dudley iron casting, erected by the Newcastle under Lyme & Nantwich turnpike trust in the 19th century.
Inscription reads:-
