Newcastle-under-Lyme - Ebenezer House
The blue plaque attached to this building in 2006 by the Newcastle-under-Lyme Civic Society says: "Ebenezer House. Built as Ebenezer Chapel in 1857. Became Ebenezer Church in 1897. Closed 1981. Ebenezer House
Still marked on the Ordnance Survey maps as a place of worship, the former Ebenezer Methodist Church is now used as a commercial premises. Grade II listed, it was originally built in 1857-8 by Simpson of Leeds.

Newcastle-under-Lyme: Ebenezer House. Ryecroft
A Grade II listed former chapel of 1857/8. It became too expensive to maintain as the 20th century drew on, and the chapel ('church' from 1897) was sold in 1978.
