Newcastle-under-Lyme: former Savoy Cinema
Opening as The Kings Hall in February 1913, this became the Savoy Theatre, until turned into a cinema in February 1927. It closed and became a bingo hall in 1964, but re-opened as the Savoy cinema upstairs and the Savoy Bingo downstairs in December 1975. It closed as a cinema (again) in April 1986, but as the Metropolis nightclub survived in use into the 21st century.
