Old road at Parkhead House
Little used except as access to the farm buildings on the south side, this is another short stretch of the old A518 that has been re-aligned.

Missed the Train?
This is the old railway track (route of) from Stafford to Gnosall, this view is in the direction of Gnosall. The track is used by walkers and cyclists.

No Trains Today!
The dismantled rail track running between Stafford and Gnosll. This view is looking towards Stafford, the nearest village is Haughton, a few hundreds yards along the track. The track is now a cycle route and public footpath.

Road bridge over the old railway line near Gnosall
The old track bed now carries a popular local walking and cycling path, the Way for the Millennium, and walkers seem to enjoy using it. I saw several couples out today. Great to see.
