The housing is in Bullrushes Close, and seen by looking south-west from the Trent and Mersey Canal at Etruria Junction. The estate is built on land formerly occupied by the Canal Tileries.

Narrowboat butty "Keppel" by Stoke Top Lock, Etruria
Trent and Mersey Canal.
The unpowered narrowboat butty "Keppel" was built in 1960 for British Waterways and paired with the powered boat "Lindsay". Together they carried china clay to the Potteries and ferried finished wares back to the docks in Runcorn, Cheshire.
About three months before this image was obtained, both vessels were handed over to the Etruria Industrial Museum for restoration. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-stoke-staffordshire-13640509

Hard to starboard! Etruria Junction, Stoke-on-Trent
Narrowboat 'Silver Swan' navigates out of the Trent and Mersey having climbed Stoke Locks, (behind the camera) and turns almost 180 degrees into the Caldon Canal.
