Andy Scott's Bull Town Meadows roundabout Uttoxeter
Under an S101 Agreement (Town and Country Planning Act 1990) Tesco financed the £95,000 cost of this and the Centaur sculptures by Andy Scott. The sculptures were commissioned late 2010 for installation in early 2011 by East Staffordshire Borough Council. Andy's other works include Thanksgiving Beacon in Belfast and the Argestes Aqua in Australia.
