Group of houses in Mill Road, with the semi-detached pair of nos 44 and 46 on the left and nos 40 and 42 nearest. Old maps suggest that the former date from the 1920s/30s and the latter from around the turn of the 19th/20th Centuries.

In Constable's footsteps
Salisbury has a number of walks on offer to all tastes, occasionally marked with a post. One of them will take you in the footsteps of the famous landscape painter, John Constable. He produced several works around the city and the cathedral, especially here from the Harnham Water Meadows.
