Salisbury, Cloisters
Historic pub at the corner of Catherine and Ivy Street. Internally, its wooden beams still show its origins from C14, when it was separate shops; four drinking and eating areas, wooden beams, open partitions. Cask ales on offer at my visit: Butcombe Bitter, Hop Back Summer Lightning, Sharp's Doom Bar. The building is listed by Historic England (Grade II*): http://www.imagesofengland.org.uk/Details/Default.aspx?id=318939&mode=adv
