This is the southern side of the Market Place. Building sticking out in distance is the Guildhall. Queen Street is beyond. The row of cafes and shops is called Ox Row.

A very similar view to Image taken 15 years later. The overall appearance of the buildings is unchanged, but a few details can be seen to have changed such as shop names, and the inn sign on the City Arms is quite different.

The fire damage http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/2356778 that seriously affected the Market Inn seven years ago has all been put right https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-wiltshire-12917133 The poor Spanish restaurant that was next door http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/2356775 seems to have gone.
