Old Milestone by Stanbury Road, Thruxton, Cholderton parish
Carved stone post by the UC road (was A303), in parish of CHOLDERTON (TEST VALLEY District), Thruxton Village; opposite house named Gosling - relocated when by-pass was built, on small green under tree, on North side of road. Andover gabled, erected by the Andover & Basingstoke turnpike trust in the 19th century.
