C18. Brick and flint, with thatched roof. 1 storey and attic, 2 above 3 windows. Roof ½-hipped (with exposed timber-frame in the gable), eaves raised above the upper windows and merged with a canopy to the open porch. Flint wall with brick dressings, cambered openings to the ground floor. Casements. Boarded door.
