Sway, oak tree
On a traffic island at the junction of Station Road and Church Lane; a plaque on the adjacent stone bench records that the tree was planted in 1897, to commemorate Queen Victoria's Diamond Jubilee; so, in the terms of oak trees' lives, a youngster.
