Milford on Sea: postbox № SO41 90, Whitby Road
This George V-reign postbox is set into a brick pillar on the corner of Whitby Road and Woodland Way, and is emptied finally at 4:30pm on weekdays and at 7:30am on Saturdays.

A rare Victorian Pillar Box in Milford on Sea
This rare Pillar box was manufactured between 1856-1857 by Smith & Hawkes of Birmingham. The shape of this box is obviously the reason today's post boxes carry the name "pillar box". This Pillar box preceded the famous hexagonal box by John Penfold by some 10 years.

Danes Stream
This stream rises near Bashley and enters the sea via Sturt Pond at Milford on Sea. It is accessible by way of a public footpath for some of its length.

Milford on Sea: postbox № SO41 2, Cornwallis Road
This unusual Victorian postbox is on the corner of Cornwallis and Victoria Roads, and is emptied at 4:30pm on weekdays 9:15am on Saturdays. The door for emptying and the next collection indicator are around the back.
