St Mary's Church, Everton
The original Everton church was built in 1896. It was constructed mainly from wood and corrugated iron, lasting until 1970 when the present timber framed and cedar shingle clad church was dedicated. In 2000 an extension was built, providing a vestry and a sacristy.
When the new church was built the old church was used as a hall until 1984 when it was replaced by the current, purpose designed, brick built church hall, just visible behind the church.

This George VI-reign postbox is set into a brick pillar at a shady spot under a tree on the main Milford Road. A car-sales forecourt is behind it. The advertised final collection times are 4:15pm on weekdays and 8:45am on Saturdays.
