Norsebury House
Built in the 1950s in the style of a much older manor house, this property was on the market in 2009 for nearly £10 million. This web page http://www.perkinsogden.com/pdf/5063-1.pdf shows the reason for part of that cost.

Watercress beds
These are some of the prolific watercress beds adjacent to the chalk streams of Hampshire; these are next to the River Dever. Watercress is a water tolerant crop and grows in pure water where the temperature is stable. Thus these days it is a year-round crop. Commercial production has increased as its health value has been sold.
