Houses at Micheldever Station
A small community has grown up around the station, now an intermediate stop on the London to Southampton railway line between Basingstoke and Winchester.

The station is 3 kms or so away from Micheldever village and has given its name to the small settlement which has grown up around it. Ellis Drive in the foreground is a new street on the site of the rickety old garage shown in Image The end wall of the nearest house appears in that picture.

Approaching Micheldever Station
This is Andover Road, which was the name of the station when it was first opened in 1840. Later Andover had a railway line of its own so the station was renamed Micheldever, but the area around is called Micheldever Station to differentiate it from the village which is three miles south.
