Cottages in Chelworth Road, Cricklade
These substantial cottages may well once have been associated with the nearby Upper Broad Leaze Farm. It is possible that they are now occupied by owners independent of the farm. It appears that some of the properties have been re-roofed.

The land is probably pasture. It is presently unoccupied because the cattle that would be seen here later in the year are probably still being housed indoors. The large property on the skyline is the Cricklade Hotel and Country Club in SU0893.

Toy Story characters, Cricklade Show 2010
Hollywood visits north Wiltshire. Unlike the 'real' Toy Story characters, which are computer-generated images, these are flesh and blood. I'm unable to identify the individual characters but I'm sure those viewers with young children will be able to do so.

Laser clay shooting, Cricklade Show, Cricklade
The eponymous show is an annual event held on a farm just south of the small Wiltshire town of Cricklade. It is typical of town and village shows all over England and features various activities including best vegetable, floral arrangements and the like. One of the spectator participation attractions was laser clay shooting. This contender did quite well.

Dancer at the Cricklade Show, Cricklade
The eponymous show is an annual event held on a farm just south of the small Wiltshire town of Cricklade. It is typical of town and village shows all over England and features various events such as equestrian contests, a dog show and vintage tractors. Another event was a display from a dance school from a nearby village. The dancers did very well considering they were performing in a field recently vacated by a herd of cows.
