Speedex House
This is an unusual name for what appears to be a fairly ordinary house. It was probably once the premises of Wandle Games and Toys Ltd who marketed a horse racing table game called 'Speedex'.

Speedex House, Westcroft Road
The name sounds like that of some delivery firm, but it is apparently the original name of the property. An explanation is given at Image As of 2011 Sutton Council was considering the buildings here and the nearby pub Image for local listing. Westcroft Road itself was apparently the old road from Carshalton to London. The Londis convenience store on the corner appeared to be closed and to let; the business has moved round the corner (see link above!).
