Westhorpe House, Little Marlow
An early-Georgian brick house given an early-C19th refacing. It has an Ionic porch, pilaster strips setting apart the outer bays and a balustraded parapet. Grade II listed. It was built for James Chase, the local M.P., but at the time of the photo was in business use. The date of the photo is uncertain.

Lake near Westhorpe House
A former gravel pit on the quiet eastern side of the A404. Just to the north of the lake is the site of the proposed film studio which is receiving a lot of local opposition.
