Haw Bank House has been converted from an 18th century house into offices. This first begun in 1985, and a second wave of conversion has just finished and the spaces are up for rent. Between the two conversions the original house became a grade II listed building, see https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1260365.
