High Street, Hazel Grove
Surprisingly, this short terraced street between Torkington Park and the A6 is Hazel Grove's High Street. The red traffic light is at the junction with the A6 [London Road]. The houses were built between 1872 and 1896.

Norbury Parish Church Lychgate
The lych gate Image was built in the spring of 1921 to replace an old arched iron gate. It was erected under the will of James Bardsley, one time sidesman and People's Warden at the church. Prior to the formation of the Hazel Grove and Bramhall UDC, Mr Bardsley had been Clerk to the Norbury Parish Council.
